Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the cancellation call in order to cancel it.

Cancel

Once an package or service is purchased by you, you can cancel that order before 7 days of package or service date.

To initiate a cancellation, please email us at mail.kolhapurtours@gmail.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your cancellation.

All cancellation requests may be sent to us at RS. No-852, Plot No. 18, Bapuram Nagar, B. Ed. College Road, Sainath Colony, Kalamba, Kolhapur, MH, 416007.

For services that are provided by another party and resold by Us, please do not communicate back to the third party.

You are responsible for paying for all other costs for your cancelled orders (if any). Some costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any other services will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your cancellation request, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your cancellation request and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your request.

If your request is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time:

  • an exchange of package or service for the order cancelled,
  • a non-transferable credit,
  • a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item,
  • a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
